Recommendations

It was an honor and a pleasure to work with Penelope in a program that provided a wide range of "out of the box"
therapeutic activities for severely emotionally disturbed children. There is no end to the range and depth of Penelope's
talents as a teacher, therapist, and artist. Her amazing talents and skills and her incredible personality and intelligence
are an instant recipe for success.

" Penelope children's musicals have what numerous grownup musicals have lacked, witty lyrics,
catchy tunes and a subject matter that truly matters.
" Suzanne Lummis, Director L. A. Poetry Festival.

"Without getting strings tangled, Torribio controls each delicate movement to make her friends sing,
dance, blink their eyes, smile and even stick out their tongues. What happens between Torribio and her puppets is magic."
Art Preview, Jennifer Cho Salaff, Daily Bulletin

"Our Teachers loved the way you integrated teaching about writing with entertaining." Long Beach Authors Festival

"I love the way you sing. I like when you played your guitar. I wish I could see you again. I like all
of your puppets. Your singing is the best
". Casey, Long Beach Authors' Festival Student
